TOPEKA, KS – The 2012 Kansas GOP Caucus winner - former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum will headline a rally at the capitol building on March 21st. The rally is being organized by Convention of States Kansas which is advocating for Kansas to band together with other states in an initiative to by-pass Congress to propose reforms on the federal government such as term limits, reducing the power federal government has accumulated, and limits on taxing and spending in Washington, D.C.
