I will be taking a short break from The Kansas Constitutional after the passing of my dad, R. Douglas Brannan, 74, on October 18, 2023. I am needing the time to grieve, reflect, connect with loved ones and do what I need to in preparation for his memorial service. Regular posting will begin again on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
