Tomorrow, November 8, is Election Day. One of the hottest issues in politics is abortion after the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Kansans voted on August 2 on the Value Them Both bill, a bill that would have made it so abortion was not a right in the state of Kansas but would not have gotten rid of access to an abortion. The majority of Kansans who voted on the bill voted ‘no,’ making it so the bill would not pass. Nevertheless, the prolife movement is still going strong in Kansas.
A new effort by Cheyenne Vandeventer called Vote Prolife Kansas is working to educate voters on which Kansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Judges are pro-life and which ones are pro-abortion.
The Vote Prolife Kansas Guide is as follows:
Supreme Court
Vote NO - all supreme court justices except
Vote yes - for Caleb Stegall
Vote No -
Evelyn Z. Wilson (was appointed by pro-abortion Governor Laura Kelly and Kansans For Life opposed Governor Laura Kelly’s appointedment of Wilson because her husband gave money to pro-abortion candidates including Governor Laura Kelly)
